I have been working with human ressource management the most of my life and I am passionated about developing people and organisations. Working together together in an organisation, working together with other people, clients or other stakeholders requires a good dialog and understanding. All people and organisations need to adopt to changes and develop them self in the direction they prefer and see beneficial.
To develop people and organisations requires passion and wanting the best for them. For me it's also to see each individual and organisation as unique, with unique talents, opinions, values, culture, background etc.
All people and organisations today need to adapt to change as the world is getting more and more competitive therefore increased competences, good and fun working places, healthy management, employees and attitudes are important factors. Companys social awareness will also in the future be a very important for their success.
