Professional Background

I am Hanne Pinholt. I grew up in the western part of Denmark and from there as an adult, I travelled curiously out in the world.

Through my experience from living and working in different countries, I have experienced diversity and other approaches to leadership and communication than the way I have learned as a Dane.

After more than 20 years of managing and growing employees and teams in the industry and public organisations, I created my own business to support people to release their full potential. Now I work with leadership, culture, and change as an executive coach and consultant - preferably with persons and organisations with an international perspective.

As an executive coach and consultant, I build on my professional experience as I have worked in different industries, organisations, organisational cultures, behaviours, approaches, and leadership styles formed via national cultures. This has formed me as a person, leader, and coach. Now I use this toolbox to develop people and organisations.

My interest is the link between personality and behaviour to the benefit of the individual and the organisation. I offer individual coaching for organisations and individuals. I offer workshops and coaching to enrich people´s knowledge and skills.

My objective is to support each person willing to move for action on a path they have decided to be best for them. To open the human potential to develop own area of strength. I love working with people, bringing them energy, inspire them through coaching. Every meeting with a new person to coach is a beginning of a new journey.

Education and Trainings

I combine my experience of life with continuous theoretical input and learnings. My education and training have been around psychology, people, organisation, change, culture, and human behaviour. For me, continuos development and learning are a very important part of my DNA. My philosophy is that life is a journey where I on a permanent basis learn, develop, and grow as a person and this I use in my coaching and consulting practice.
