Coaching
In my practice I coach in different areas:
- Career Coaching

- Life Coaching
Career Coaching
This can be on topics like identification of strengths and motivation of the person, identification of next job, career goal etc.
I help clients to identify their professional goal based on their personal strengths and motivation. The process consists of a series of individual conversations which are supplemented with offers of personality analysis, ongoing sparring and much more.
A successful job change requires, first and foremost the establishment of an effective process with the following steps:
The tools and the situation
- Overall objective
- Analysis of individual challenges in the job search process
- Clarification of competencies
- Application
- Resume
The strategy
- The invisible job marked
- Plan and priorities
The job search skills
- Follow up on activities
- Train job search activities that do not work optimally
The motivation of the candidate
I act as a training partner and sparring partner in an active process.

Life Coaching
This can be on topics like life changes of any kind such as: Stress, mid-life crisis, divorce, death of close relative, integration into new country, cultural differences etc.
There are two elements that I give special attention to in my practice:
The first element is on cultural differences both from a national point of view and from an organisational context.
The other element is on behaviour and personality of a person. And to focus on the strengths and motivation of my client.
My Approach - Enable Insight and Learning
I initiate a process where I help the client to find answers. I use different tools such as different question techniques, observations, feedback, listening, and insight communication. My role is to be observant and to act as a catalysator for learning where it is the client who does the work and I facilitate the learning. With the help of different tools, a solution is formed step by step, where the client through self-insight, areas of strengths trigger the inherent potential.
Examples of tools that I use:
- Psychometric tools
- 360-degree feedback
